Why do we need your personal data and on what legal basis?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To contact you when you reach out to us, which is processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For marketing of our products and activities, which is also based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For personalization of ads displayed to you, based on third-party cookies, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Is providing data voluntary?
Yes. Providing your personal data, such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, province, postal code, and other details (excluding the special categories of data referred to in Art. 9(1) GDPR, e.g. racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for unique identification, or data concerning sexuality or sexual orientation) is voluntary. However, in cases where we require your data for the purposes described above, providing it is necessary. Without access to such data, it would be impossible for us to carry out the activities for which it is collected.
If we process your personal data because it is necessary for our legitimate interests (as indicated above), you may object to such processing at any time by contacting us as described in the “How to contact us” section above.
Who may receive your data?
We will make every effort to process your personal data internally. In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, such as authorized employees, contractors, service providers (e.g. accounting, legal), subcontractors, and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law (e.g. courts, law enforcement authorities), but only when such entities make a lawful request.
How long will we process your data?
We will process your personal data for as long as necessary, considering the purposes for which it was collected. For data processed in connection with contacting you, we will retain it until the matter you contacted us about is resolved. At any time, you may object to further contact from us by notifying us as described in the “How to contact us” section above.
Your rights
The Administrator respects your rights regarding your personal data, namely:
• the right to access your personal data,
• the right to rectify or delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”),
• the right to restrict processing of your personal data,
• the right to object to processing of your personal data (where processing is based on legitimate interest),
• the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal),
• the right to data portability (to receive your data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe at any time that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
